John Henry was born and raised in Barranquilla, Colombia, and became a permanent Florida resident in 1995. Graduated as an Interior Designer in 2008 from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, where his journey as a designer and as an artist began.

Artist Statement

I capture visions of other worlds through my artworks, using water and ink as a conduit to reveal the wonders hidden within these walls. Water is life; it carries consciousness as every living being does. Through the power of prayer, meditation, and speaking to this consciousness with love and by reaching out to our subconscious, extraordinary realms are revealed during the process of discovery and creation of these art compositions.

My art is derived from spiritual and technological-based experiments, photography, and the power of conscious intention. It is my fundamental belief that art cannot exist without a spiritual connection to all that is in the vastness of the multiverse and its infinite dimensions. We possess the innate capacity to channel information and pierce through the veil of the unknown.

It is my purpose to deliver messages from the spirit world to humanity. These messages are of hope and to keep an open mind to what we can’t see with our own eyes. Through these beautiful creations, I hope to create an emotional and unique connection to those whose hearts yearn for validation, that we are indeed beyond the physical. I dedicate my works to uplift the spiritual, physical, and emotional well-being of those I cross paths with and inspire them to pursue their true calling.

Art can heal the collective, and it brings together all of us for one reason; to celebrate life and its glorious beauty. Let us become aware and regain consciousness of the reasons we decided to embark on this journey together. Let us awaken to our true power, the power of love, and the power to heal together.
